		<description>I&#039;m sorry, but whoever that judge is needs to be taken by the hand for a nice, instructive round of electroshock therapy. Child support and visitation rights are two separate issues as any competent lawyer will tell you. Linking one to the other is a bad idea and in many cases a violation of state law.  It&#039;s good that you&#039;re encouraging the other parent to be a part of their child&#039;s lives.  Too many think of the child as a pawn in the ongoing war with the ex, and one parent doing this is definitely one too many.</description>
